Project Lead

Professional with a minimum of 3 years experience designing and/or developing Notes/Domino applications for Intranet or Internet deployment with extensive use of Lotuscript. Thorough knowledge of the principles, practices, and procedures used in software and systems development Experience in Domino development for web-based applications required. Domino administration helpful. This position requires that you be a Certified Lotus professional. Other languages such as Java, JavaScript, Visual Basic or C++, and a knowledge of RDBMSs such as DB2, Oracle and SQL Server are a definite asset.

Must be articulate, a problem solver and be able to work independently and a team player.He/she must have good analytical skills and good customer relations, Technical and Functional Troubleshooting

Project Manager

Previous project management experience:

• Demonstrated skill in leading and delivering software implementation projects.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Lotus Notes
• Solid background in Lotus Notes, systems analysis, spec writing, and project management.
• Exposure to Java / J2EE
• Exceptional presentation, organization, and communication
• Minimum 6 years of experience required.

Sr. Lotus Notes Developers

We are looking for solid developers to work on Domino web applications and enhancement of existing solutions, database maintenance/administration, web enabling existing domino applications and SQL database administration. You will have at 3 years of development experience with R5 and Web-enabling applications in Domino R5, Lotus Script, JavaScript, HTML/DHTML and XML, Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, experience VBScript and ASP etc. would be considered a strong asset.

Domino administrator

The candidate should have 4-6 years of professional IT Experience in heterogeneous domains, with predominant experience in supporting and setting up of Domino / Lotus Notes systems. MUST have expert knowledge of Lotus Domino 6.5 architecture knowledge & exp, Lotus Domino 6.x or 7.x administration knowledge & exp, Address book Directory maintenance, Performance Monitoring/enhancement, Server/database/web security, Mail routing, and Database Administration.

The candidate should also possess the following skills:

• Familiar with development skills such as LotusScript, JavaScript, HTML, DHTML, and Database/agent optimization
• He/she must have good analytical skills and good customer relations, Technical and Functional Troubleshooting and Break/Fix, Applications Support and 24x7 On-Call Experience, Sametime, Blackberry, SMTP and other bolt on knowledge, Infrastructure Tools and Services, Microsoft Project and Project Server is also required.
  
• OS administration skills (Windows / Linux)
• Understanding and working knowledge in environment which has strict adherence to Quality procedures and Process.
• Experience in Preparation of process documentation and Technical work Practices
• Expert understanding of Network topology
• Working knowledge of Network maintenance.
• Must be team player with excellent communication skills.

• Educational Background: A degree or equivalent with industry experience.
  
• Certifications: Should be certified by IBM for Domino Administration. Certifications in Windows / Linux OS administration skills will be preferred.

Freshers
We are looking for Entry level trainees who have the motivation and the right communication skill with zeal to learn & excel.
You should be a B.Tech / BE / MCA / M.Sc in either Computer Science or IT with distinction or above throughout your educational career. Exposure to practical working / hands on Industrial training would be an added advantage.

Sales Executive

Calling energetic candidates with a flair for selling, a good command over English, a good understanding of the sales process, the ability to take ups and downs in selling situations for a focussed selling job. The job involves prospecting in the Indian, US markets and working with customers to prove Maarga's value proposition to the customer organization. Would have to work out of Chennai with considerable overlap with US working hours.

Webmaster

The ideal webmaster is a multi-faceted person with ability to write content, build/nurture web based communities, do basic programming in HTML, Javascript, CSS, administer the website and do basic web graphics
