We will work with your engineering team to do a structured transition that will involve recreating your environment, setting up processes to integrate with your functions, setting up communication mechanisms needed for the service, formalizing the knowledge base and maintaining it, taking control over the source tree etc. We will provide regular reports that will give you visibility and control on the maintenance and support functions. We are set up to handle products developed on Lotus using LotusScript, Java & C++ APIs, but can pick up additional resources to suit your special requirements.
