Publish Corporate Content as RSS Feeds

With kNEWS Professional, you can publish electronic content as RSS feeds. RSS ("Rich Site Summary" or "Really Simple Syndication") is a powerful, spam-free way to share information, news, and updates via the Internet.

RSS doesn’t use e-mail as a delivery mechanism and it’s 100% permission-based. Often referred to as a "pull" technology, RSS offere your organization a powerful means to reach its stakeholders. RSS is the syndication method widely used to distribute weblog content.

What Is RSS?

RSS is a protocol (an application of XML) that provides an open method of syndicating and aggregating Web content. Using RSS files, you can create a data feed that supplies headlines, summaries, and URL links to article content.

Using an RSS reader or aggregator, your audience can subscribe to RSS feeds from your website and hundreds of others. The RSS feedreader automatically fetches updated headlines when they become available. RSS eliminates the need for users to visit multiple websites or online resources to gather new information.
