Basic Training & Support ($625)
This package includes 5 hours of telephone and e-mail support. You will work one-on-one with our product managers to quickly learn how to use kNEWS, and tailor the application to your unique requirements.
Fast Track for kNEWS ($3,000 + travel expenses)
Fast Track is a package of services designed to help kNEWS customers create value in their businesses as quickly as possible. Fast Track is delivered as a rapid prototyping project that gets kNEWS contributors, editors, and administrators quickly oriented to the application, defines the best practices the company will use, and ensures that there is a written plan to provide the context for continued success.
Fast Track Tasks/Components
- Setup and configuration of kNEWS.
- Training for the administrator.
- Training for contributors and editors/publishers.
- An e-newsletter project plan. The plan will include the following sections: Summary, Strategy, Objectives, Tools, Target Audience, Message, Frequency, Mailing List, Content, Privacy Policy, Editorial Calendar, Style Guide, Roles & Responsibilities, Handling Responses, Legal Issues, Budgets, and Glossary of Terms.
- The customer’s first kNEWS publication.
Deliverables
- 2 days of on-site training for the kNEWS administrator and up to 5 content contributors and editor/publishers.
