Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) at Maarga Systems

Scope – All full-time and part-time employees, and interns covering all places, including remote and hybrid working environments.   

At Maarga Systems we are committed to fostering a workplace that is safe, respectful, and inclusive for all. We follow a zero-tolerance policy towards sexual harassment and have implemented the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) Policy in accordance with the PoSH Act, 2013.
